We've crossed a mix of Thai silk yarns in several different plies and colors with a fine but incredibly strong synthetic warp. Thara, which is named for the Thai word meaning 'river,' has all the special beauty, slubs and nuance of our best hand woven silks, now with superb abrasion and fire-resistance.
