Details: The pattern of this screen printed wallpaper is interpreted from one of the many carved Chinese doors in Tony Duquette's Beverly Hills house, Dawnridge. Duquette loved printed patterns with borders and was forever cutting them up and sewing the borders together, using them for chair skirts and valances or gluing borders all around the room to create heightened architectural interest.
